By sending us your Guest Information Form you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy, which you can read here
Payment
For your booking to be secured we request two (2) nights as a deposit. We accept bank transfers.
The remainder of the payment is settled at our reception no more than 4 days after your check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled 70 days before the arrival date, we will retain your two (2) nights deposit.
2. In the event of an earlier departure than originally agreed, the management reserves the right to charge the remaining night(s) as per the original reservation.
3. In the event of a later arrival than originally agreed, the management reserves the right to charge all of the night(s) as per the original reservation.
Check-in / Check-out
-Check-in is from 14.00HRS onwards
-Check-out is at 10.30HRS
Meeting place in Gozo
The meeting place will be at our reception in Xaghra village, from where we will then walk it to the farmhouse.

Reception Opening Hours
Our reception is open daily from Monday – Sunday
From 09.00HRS – 18.00HRS
Late Arrivals
If your flight lands in Malta after 17.00HRS, kindly inform us beforehand to assign someone at reception to greet your arrival in person.
Maid Service
A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven (7) nights
Extra maid services are charged at the rate of €6 an hour.
Air-Conditioning charges
The method to heat or cool the farmhouse is by using the air-conditionoing. A meter card is purchased from the reception and costs €5.00. One meter card generates between 9 - 10 hours.
Waste Separation
In Malta, waste is separated in three bags - grey bags for recycling, white bags for organic, and black bags for general waste.
You will find all bags beneath the kitchen sink.
Waste Collection
The waste is collected at a designated room within walking distance from the farmhouse.
Adaptors
Kindly be informed that in Malta we use the 3-pin plug type (like in United Kingdom)
Eco-Tax
A fee of 0.50c per person per night, up to a maximum of €5 per person is collected at the reception.
Guests under 18 are exempt of this tax.
Kindly present your passports upon arrival at reception.
