Carnival costume competition
To enter, eligible individuals must:
1. Take a snap of your cool Carnival costumes together as a group at the farmhouse. Get creative!
2. Upload it to Facebook using #bellavistafarmhousesgozo and check-in to 'Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo'
3. Don't forget to set your post to 'public', so we can see it too!
4. The image with the most likes wins!
Competition will take place between 24th February 2017 - 26 the February 2017.
Competition Prize:
-The members of the winning group shall win a two night stay in one farmhouse at Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo at one period - as a group together, and not individually at different periods.
Terms & Conditions:
-These Terms and Conditions govern the Competition. All other information provided prior to entering the Competition, including any instructions on how to enter the Competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
The Competition Rules:
-Competition starts on 24th February 2017 and ends on 26th February 2017.
-Photos with the most likes, creativity and overall effort will be selected from all qualified participants and winner will be required to answer a skill question put to him/her.
-Winning group image will be announced to the person who uploaded it, via Facebook messaging during the week 27th Feb- 3rd March 2017.
-Multiple entries by the different group members are accepted as long as the entrant has met all the entry criteria on each submission.
-It is the responsibility of this person to announce it to the rest of the other members and to send a list of the names within his/her group to Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo.
-The two night stay shall be redeemed within the following periods, subject to availability and at our discretion:
1) Between 1st March 2017 to 14th June 2017
2) Between 1st October to 23rd December 2017
-The two night stay shall be booked atleast one month in advance, and subject to availability.
-The two night stay shall only be offered once towards all or any of the winning group members at one time, and may not be split up between the different group members at different times.
-The two night stay will be issued on Winning group’s names and it is not transferable, cannot be changed or redeemed for cash
-Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner via Facebook messenger. If we are unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or does not respond to communication from us within 2 days of receipt thereof, then Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
General Rules:
-Participants have to be of legal age (18 years or older) to participate in the competition. Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
-Errors and omissions will be accepted at Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo's discretion.
-Failure by the Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
-Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo has the right to refuse posts or other entries that are perceived as offensive, unrelated or not according to competition rules.
-The Entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnifies Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
-Any personal information you provide will not be forwarded to third parties, however will rest in the proprietorship of Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo and can be used for further promotional activities.
-Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
-The Winning group agrees to participate in any promotional activities associated with the Prize such as public appearances, photo opportunities or media interviews as might be required by Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo.
-Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
