3) Ross il-forn (Baked rice)
A truly local dish - A whole rabbit cooked in garlic, wine, gravy and fresh local herbs served with chips.

A truly Gozian dish - Rabbit liver cooked with peas, tomatoe sauce and mixed with our family's secret herb mix.

Chicken whole leg served with roasted potatoes and topped with herbs.

Local marrows filled with a traditional minced beef stuffing, cooked with garlic, onions and parmesan cheese. Served with crispy roast potatoes.
