Location and Scenery
Located in Srug Street, Bella Vista Farmhouses are perched on a cliff edge in the charming village of Xaghra. They command stunning views of Marsalforn valley, the ancient Citadel in Victoria and the rolling hills that characterize the Gozitan landscape.
By sunset the scenario starts to change with the fascinating colors of the sun as it descends towards the western horizon to the dazzling light of the illuminated citadel and Victoria City. All this can be enjoyed from Bella Vista farmhouses as they all face sunset.
Bella Vista Farmhouses are located only 10 minutes away by walk from the village piazza, were one can find a mini market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants al fresco. The farmhouses are just 1km away from Victoria the capital city of Gozo and 4kms away from the beaches of Marsalforn and Ramla.
Pool and Sun Terrace:
Each farmhouse has a fresh water swimming pool with mosaic tiles, where one can enjoy swimming with all the privacy. The pool deck area offers stunning views and a haven of relaxation in a tranquil environment. Private and spacious, each terrace is landscaped beautifully and has a barbecue area, comfortable padded sun beds and a dining table with an umbrella.
Sitting-Dining and Kitchen:
Each farmhouse has a spacious and tasteful, combined living/dining room (at least 6mX4m) furnished with comfortable sofas, tv, coffee table, large dining table with chairs, 2 ceiling fans, built in shelves, wall pictures, decorative stone wall lights and adorned lace curtains hung on wide door which opens on to the pool terrace. There is also a spare toilet next to the living/dining.
The fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the pool area contains a gas oven with grill and four burners, a well sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave,, an electrical toaster, kettle, cutlery, various pots, pans, other utensils, a fire extinguisher and blanket. There is also a utility room with an electrical iron board, and a clothes drying rack. Fly screens are installed in all rooms.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms in every farmhouse have en-suite bath/shower rooms with fine ceramic tiles. The main bedroom has a double bed (1,5m wide), 2 bedside tables, decorative reading light hung above the bed, a dresser with a mirror, stool, and a well sized wardrobe.
The other bedrooms are either ensuite with bath or with a shower. They all have 2 single beds (each 90cm wide), 2 bedside tables, decorative reading light hung above the beds, a dresser with a mirror, stool, and a wardrobe.
All furniture is in polished, pine wood and there is a ceiling fan in every bedroom controlled from every bed.
En Suite Bathrooms:
The double bedroom has an en suite Jacuzzi bathtub 170cm long, wash-hand basin with mirror, a shaver power outlet and toilet.
The single beds bedrooms either have an en-suite bathroom or en-suite shower room, the en-suite bathroom consist of an acrylic bathtub-170cm long, a wash hand basin with mirror and toilet. The shower room consist a ceramic or an acrylic shower tray 80cm by 80cm, with a sliding cubicle, a wash-hand basin with mirror and a toilet.
All bathrooms and shower rooms have windows (most with views) and are adorned with decorative stone shelves. The hot water is heated by electricity and not by gas.
Free Services
The newly arrived guests will find a fresh food pack awaiting them in the fridge consisting of water, sugar, coffee, tea, milk, ham, butter and a loaf of bread.
There is also included a weekly made service and change of linen.
